We aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping to ensure our product quality. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your item before buying.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can arrange a return or a refund for you. Check our detailed Return and Refund policy below if you want to return the items you bought or request a refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Returns

If you find the delivered product:

- Damaged due to production quality (missing button, dirty marks...)

- Damaged due to poor packaging/handling during shipment

- The package you received is not true to what was originally ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product type...)

Please notify us at with photo evidence of the errors mentioned above, so that we can help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


We will take all responsibility for the faulty product, and you can choose to receive the compensation as follows:

- If you still wish to receive the item(s) in your original order: We will send the replacement to your address free of charge.

- If you no longer want the item(s)/do not wish for a replacement: We will issue a full refund to your original payment account. The process will take up to a few days depending on your payment methods, so feel free to check back with us if you still haven't received the refund.

You can keep the defective product as an apology from Ewigbelle without having to send it back for return.

  • Please note that we will only process your request within 14 days after you've received your item(s). Additional information may be required during the process. After this time frame, our system can no longer support your request.


I Don't Like The Item I Received And Want To Return/Exchange It

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the item you received. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges at the moment unless you receive a wrong order or damaged product. However, we sincerely wish to improve your shopping experience with Ewigbelle. Please contact us at with the problem, so that we can help work things out in the best way for you.

For the best experience, we suggest reading the product description and size chart carefully before placing an order.

If your return is due to buyer's remorse and there was nothing wrong with the product that was delivered, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.


Lost Orders

If you suspect that your package may be missing during shipment or has been stolen, please contact us at with your order information (email address and order ID). We will assist you as soon as possible to discuss the problem further with you. Additional information may be required during the process.


Non-returnable items:

For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns on the following items:

Items not purchased at, a third-party reseller, an auction site, etc.).
Items without a packing slip.
Items with removed tags or items missing their original packaging.
Clearance items or items marked as “Final Sale”.
Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Additional notes

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with the detailed return direction. Returned items without our approval will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.


Compensation Estimates

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
Once we receive your returned items, the refund time estimate is up to 48 hours to your PayPal account.
